2018-2019 Varsity Football & Competition Cheerleading Try-Outs

Tryout camp for all football & competition cheer will be held April 9th-12th in the cheer gym at CHS.  The camp will be from 4:00-5:30 PM.  During this time, the girls will learn jumps, a cheer and a dance to be performed at tryouts. Tryouts will be closed.  Only cheer coaches will be allowed in

Letterman Jacket Fittings: May 10th

Letterman jacket fittings for Varsity athletes will be held May 10th during all three lunches. Student athletes can be professionally fit for their jackets outside of the lunchroom in the Humanities building. Orders forms and payment are due at the time of fitting. Senior Night 10/30/2015

Seniors from band, competition cheer, football and sports medicine were all honored during the home football game October 30th. The ceremony can be viewed here. Congratulations to our ’16 seniors!

Competition Cheer Takes First

The Competition Cheer squad took first place in division 4A Saturday at the 20th annual Pepperell Cheer Classic at Pepperell High School in Lindale, Ga.  Their next competition will be Saturday, October 3rd at John’s Creek High School.  The session begins at 3:30 PM.

Castillo and Wood Top 16 in the State

Sydney Castillo and Cameryn Wood competed Saturday for Cheerleader of the Year with 38 other finalist from around the state in all classifications.  Both Sydney and Cameryn were named to the 16 member All-State team.  The girls performed a 2 minute routine that included cheer, stunts, tumbling, jumps and dance and had an interview with
